My heart is still vibrating from that magnificent Tao – Tantra weekend for men. With the support of Jérome Lavens, we welcomed 10 men on their way, 10 men who dared to come and explore their sexuality, their needs, who dared to show their luminous sides and confront their shadows.
Together we worked on societal, family and religious conditioning.
Together, we shared moments of joy, connection and intense emotion.
During the weekend, we practiced Taoist techniques to channel our energies, and performed tantric rituals to establish a deep connection with our whole being.
I’m very grateful to see that there are people on the road to greater awareness, respect, openness and benevolence.
I’m also very grateful to Jérome for offering me his help every weekend, and for watching him dance and give all his support and knowledge to the men in this circle.
Seeing this vibration and this fraternity makes me want… again and again… to continue on this path, and to offer spaces for connection, sharing and transmission.

Nicolas is a gentle man who has the art of putting each man at ease, taking into account his uniqueness, with love, respect and security.
Everyone is free to express themselves, which gave me the opportunity to overcome certain beliefs, to accept my modesty and nudity, and then to accept my body without fear of being judged.
In this workshop, fraternity and humility reign. And I’ve learned a lot about how to connect my body, my heart and my mind with my vital energy.
During the course, I opened my heart a little more, developed my gentleness and embraced my own power and vulnerability.
After this workshop, I had a beautiful surprise in life, to experience these learnings in intimacy => the dance of energies.
