Meditation, dance and painting experience for human beings with yoni
I invite you to cherish your relationship with your yoni, to worship it. By reflecting on your current relationship with it, setting an intention to strengthen it, manifesting it through an artistic experience that you’ll share in a circle of sisters.
Women’s anatomy doesn’t facilitate visual observation of our most powerful and sacred organ in all its beauty. The most we can see without any tools is the mons veneris and perhaps the inner or outer lips, depending on their shape and size. So we feel our yonis through our feelings, and less through the visual appeal they can give us.
What’s more, our society teaches us to hide these parts of our bodies. We’re told it’s indecent to be naked and show ourselves as we are, so we never see the different shapes a yoni can take. We were never taught to be proud and confident in our physical wholeness. On the other hand, all media channels show us what an “ideal” yoni (and bodies in general) should look like. As a result, we compare ourselves to this ideal, feel “bad” and ashamed if we’re different, and keep hiding, limiting ourselves in our freedom to feel good exactly as we are.
Drawing attention to this long-hidden and neglected part of our body can be an emotional, very vulnerable, but also very powerful and beautiful step in our personal evolution. It means taking back the power and stepping into our wholeness as human beings. Being proud and confident of who we are and what we look like, and even sharing that with a sisterhood of sisters.
This workshop is proposed by Steffi, who will be happy to welcome you for this experience. Let’s get together and celebrate our diversity!
(As there will be a guided meditation, it would be good if you could follow along in English, the sharing circle could be translated).

The maximum we can see without any tools is the mons veneris and maybe the inner or outer lips-depending on their shape and size. So, we experience our yonis through feelings and less the visual attraction they can give us.
In addition to that our society teaches us, to hide these parts of our bodies. We were told it is indecent to be naked and show ourselves as we are, so therefore we never see all the different shapes and forms a yoni can have. We have never been taught to be proud and confident in our physical globality. On the other hand all the medial channels are showing us how an “ideal” yoni (and bodies in general) has to look like. As a result of this we compare ourselves to this ideal, feel “wrong” and ashamed if we are different-and continue hiding, limiting ourselves in our freedom to feel right exactly the way how we are.

It means to take the power back and stepping into our globality as a human being. Being proud and feel confident of what we are and how we look like-and to even share this in a confidential of sisters.
