I’ve just spent a few days at a naturist campsite near Bordeaux. Nature, the freedom of being naked, squirrels, birds, the magic of taking your time.
And I have the impulse to share a little experience with you:
“Follow your flow…
Being present, open to our inner child.
Allowing ourselves to play, to be creative, without striving for profitability.
Being open to matter, to the structure of nature’s elements, being open to the sensuality of touch, to the fluidity of water, to the grain of sand, to the hardness of a pebble.
Marveling at what is created under our nimble hands.
And finally accepting that at the next tide, the sea will show us that everything is ephemeral… Below, you can discover some of my Land Art creations.
Anicca (translation: impermanence in Pali).
As a child, I was always a gamer, immersed in the world of games, as my father ran a board game and wooden toy store called “The Nutcracker”.
Later, it was my turn to have children. I spent hours playing in the forest with them, building huts, dams, wood fires…
Then my life plans evolved.
I’ve offered a lot of my time through my professional activity, in the service of the human beings around me, creating safe places for them to explore, play with themselves, and bring more passion into their lives.
Today, I’m so happy to find this part of myself again, to reconnect with my inner child who loves to play, to be carefree, to simply be present.
How nourishing! Taking care of this part of me also means giving myself love.
Taking the time to cherish and honor every facet of myself.”
