Our ethical charter<\/h1>\n

At La Voie du Plaisir<\/em>, mindfulness and quality are our priorities-in our training courses, seminars and events. We approach our work holistically, with the intention not only of imparting technical, energetic or anatomical knowledge, but also of guiding people in their personal development, body awareness and path towards conscious intimacy and embodied sexuality. Our inner posture plays a central role in this process. <\/p>\n

With this Code of Ethics, we aim to share our values and guiding principles in a transparent, practical and comprehensible way with all those who learn, grow and experience with us.<\/p>\n

Our understanding of roles<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are aware that as space facilitators, we carry a particular responsibility, and that our role can create a power dynamic. We regularly question our posture, and communicate it transparently to participants or those we massage. We aspire to embody this role with responsibility-without ever using it as a lever to cross boundaries or influence others. Integrity and respect are essential to us. Our personal needs do not guide our interventions, and take second place to our responsibility to participants. This responsibility is taken seriously and clearly distinguished from any private or personal intentions. <\/p>\n

Our limits as space facilitators<\/strong><\/p>\n

The spaces we offer, either individually or in groups, are in no way intended to replace recognized professional therapeutic guidance. Given the diversity of life experiences and realities, we cannot assess the extent to which our proposals may have a therapeutic impact. If in doubt, we advise you to consult an external therapist before taking part in our offers. <\/p>\n

We are also human beings, with our own history and our own limits. We reserve the right to set limits if we feel that a physical, emotional or mental boundary has been crossed. <\/p>\n

Our ongoing evolution<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are committed to ongoing training, and see ourselves as constantly evolving in the field of human relations. In addition to professional development through seminars and internships, we remain open to feedback from our customers in order to create even more conscious and reassuring spaces. Personal liability<\/strong><\/p>\n

We create a framework in which participants can recognize, respect and express their own limits. We actively guide them-for example, through exercises to learn how to express a “no” or a need clearly and consciously. We support each person’s freedom to choose whether or not to participate in a practice. A “no” is welcomed with gratitude, as it ensures that a “yes” is fully assumed, creating an authentic and supportive framework. We cannot-and do not wish to-take responsibility for setting limits on behalf of participants, as this would be tantamount to taking away their power of decision and self-determination. <\/p>\n

Trauma sensitivity & consent culture<\/strong><\/p>\n

We welcome participants from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences. Some may have gone through experiences marked by emotional wounds, or relational, physical or sexual traumas. Others may feel fear, shame or ambivalence about intimacy, contact or the expression of pleasure. <\/p>\n

That’s why our approach is trauma-sensitive<\/strong>:
\u2609 We recognize that the body retains the memory of past experiences, including moments when consent was not fully respected.
\u2609 We honor each person’s ability to feel, set and evolve their limits, at their own pace.
\u2609 We are careful never to force, push or minimize what is experienced.
\u2609 We offer tools to identify what is a real yes, a real no, a maybe, or an “I don’t know yet”.<\/p>\n

In concrete terms, this means:
\u2192 Clear, caring communication<\/strong> at every stage of the process.
\u2192 Rituals of consent<\/strong> in touch or connection practices.
\u2192 Spaces to name what is alive<\/strong>: emotions, sensations, hesitations, needs.
\u2192 Present but non-intrusive support<\/strong>, in the more sensitive or triggering processes-within the limits of our skills as practitioners, and with the possibility of referring to other resources if necessary.<\/p>\n

We place the sovereignty of each individual’s body and experience<\/strong> at the heart of our approach. You are free to choose, adjust or say no at any time. <\/p>\n

Support & follow-up<\/strong><\/p>\n

During or after an event or massage, we remain available, within reason, to answer questions or offer support, as long as it falls within our area of expertise.<\/p>\n

Confidentiality & respect<\/strong><\/p>\n

Everything that is shared in our spaces, whether individually or in a group, is treated confidentially. It is essential for us to emphasize that every sharing is welcomed with respect and without judgment. <\/p>\n

Non-judgmental<\/b><\/p>\n

Judgments are a natural part of life. Our human mind seeks to classify situations as dangerous or not in order to protect ourselves – so the automatism of inner judgments is constantly at work. When we say that our spaces – whether at massages, at our events or in our Messenger groups – are judgment-free spaces, we mean that we are careful not to project our own judgments onto the experience of others. In our spaces, all emotions, processes and opinions are welcome – as long as the experience of others is not minimized and everyone feels respected in mutual consent. Our invitation is to reflect on why a particular opinion, experience or action triggers us, and what this reveals about ourselves. As custodians of the space, we remain neutral and intervene where necessary to enable peaceful coexistence between different opinions, ways of living and experiences, whatever they may be. This serves the community by making the space a more protected place for self-expression and self-exploration. <\/p>\n

The need to act<\/strong><\/p>\n

Confidentiality is an essential value in our work, but there are exceptional cases in which we may need to take action. If we become aware of serious boundary violations-such as abuse, rape or other acts of violence-particularly when a minor or vulnerable person is at risk, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities. This is not always a legal obligation, but it is a moral and ethical responsibility that we fully assume, in compliance with Belgian law and our commitment to ensuring people’s safety. <\/p>\n

Inclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/b> We are committed to fostering respectful coexistence, where no one is excluded or discriminated against – whatever their skin color, origin, gender, sexual orientation or identity, sexual practices, disability, language, morphology, age or religion.<\/span><\/p>\n

We honor the richness of sexual and emotional expression, in all its diversity and authenticity. Everyone is welcomed and celebrated as they are, in their uniqueness and desires. <\/span><\/p>\n

No direct contact between genitals<\/strong><\/p>\n

In tantric massage, direct contact between the genitalia of the practitioner and the recipient is not part of the practice, even if the recipient expresses a desire to do so. Our priority is to maintain a protected and respectful space, where everyone can explore their body, emotions and sexuality with awareness and clarity. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

No paid sex<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our guidance, massages and experiences at La Voie du Plaisir do not constitute sexual services or commercial sex.<\/p>\n

Although some of our proposals may include an exploration of the body, sensuality, intimacy or sexual energy, they are all part of a process of guidance, presence, body awareness and personal development – not sexual gratification or sexual exchange in return for payment.<\/p>\n

Any natural manifestations of desire, excitement or pleasure are part of the human experience and can be welcomed without judgment, but they do not constitute a goal, an expectation or a promise of results.<\/p>\n

We take care to maintain a clear distinction between the professional space offered and any reciprocal sexual or intimate relationship.<\/p>\n

Peer supervision and intervision<\/strong><\/p>\n

All masseurs working in our center have access to supervision. In addition, each masseur is part of a peer intervision group. <\/p>\n
