As if, for a moment, we were all one. This kind of experience can soothe the mind, liberate the heart and deeply relax the nervous system<\/strong>, often strained by the hectic pace of everyday life. <\/p>\n The evening begins with a review of the common framework: rules, intentions, freedoms and limits for everyone. We’ll explore consent<\/strong> through simple games for expressing needs, saying yes, no, or maybe, and welcoming the other’s responses with kindness. We’ll also propose small connection games to experiment with different qualities of touch. <\/p>\n Here, touch goes beyond simple physical contact<\/strong>. It becomes a subtle language, a gateway to a deeper connection with oneself and others. Everyone is welcomed as they are, with their impulses, brakes, limits and desires. Couples are free to define their own agreements, whether exclusive or open. A time is set aside at the beginning of the evening to set your personal intentions. <\/p>\n All gender identities, body types, origins and ages are welcome. The framework is based on three foundations: respect, consent and benevolence<\/strong>. Every gesture, every hug is an invitation – never an obligation.
